Sakari Manninen: «Training goes well, sometimes you have to improvise. »
Salavat Yulaev finnish forward remembered the past season and shared information about the situation in the country of Suomi.

-  How does the training process go during a pandemic?

-  Training goes well, sometimes you have to improvise.  I am running outdoors and  doing at  home  a fitness circuit.

-  What are you doing in quarantine?

- I spend time with my girlfriend and our dog.  We do some training and cooking.

-  What situation in Finland in this COVI-time?

- The capital region is closed in Finland and restaurants throughout the country are closed.  People are advised to avoid public places and unnecessary movements.

-  What you could advise hockey fans how to spend time in this situation?

- Take care of their families and if you want to watch hockey so surely you can find games years behind what to watch.

-  You left Finland for the first time in your career. What has changed in your life after moving to Ufa?

- I was in Sweden earlier in the year so this is my second time abroad.  There are small differences in culture and family small daily routine changes in Russia.  In the big picture though, pretty similar because a lot of time is spent around hockey.

- Why you’ve taken number 65?

- It became a communication error for me when playing in Finland.

-  Did you think about that you could not score at the beginning of the season? Moreover, your real first goal was recorded as Linus in game versus Spartak.

- Of course it came to my mind at some point but I knew that when we work hard so surely sooner or later I will score a goal.

- Your goal 6 seconds before the end of the game against Omsk was a turning point in the series. What did the coaches talk about during the timeout and what were your actions on the site, because there was no time at all?

- There was only talk of trying to throw the puck at the goal and create power play in front of the net.  We wanted to keep things simple.
